Coaching

Having a clear goal is your first step to making a change.  But you need more than that. Achieving your goal will only happen by staying focused and motivated.  For the most worthwhile goals, that could be a long time.  Support from an experienced coach can help keep you on track, or even get there quicker and easier.

Deb has coached individuals, small business owners, front line workers and managers to discover new opportunities, break through slumps and achieve greater success than they thought possible.  With Deb’s support, they developed strategies and skills that allowed them to create what they really want for their lives.

“Go For It” Package

Give yourself your best chance to reach your goals.  Set up supports that keep you focused and confident, through every setback, until you achieve your aim.  This package will be with you all the way with:

  • Initial briefing to understand your preferences, motivation, previous actions, etc
  • Review of coaching process, expectations and projected outcomes
  • 10 coaching sessions with Deb (60 mins by Skype or phone)
  • Range of strategies and resources according to your needs.

‘Starter’ Package

Have you got a great goal but no idea where to start or what to do with it?  Deb can support you to break your goal down into actions you can easily achieve, prioritise what you want and set your thinking and habits into routines that create success. We’ll do this together through:
  • An initial briefing to understand your preferences, motivation, previous actions, etc
  • One coaching session with Deb (60 mins by Skype or phone)
  • Range of strategies and resources to apply at work and home
  • One coaching session with Deb to follow-up (60 mins by Skype or phone).
