Deb Rae

Deb is a coach, group facilitator, author and speaker.

She has worked with individuals, teams and organisations for more than twenty years to help them see more possibilities and build on their strengths to create new ways that solve old problems.

Deb’s credentials include:

Sessional Lecturer at CQUniversity (Semester One, 2018) for second year students in Business and Law faculty (Conflict and Negotiation).Facilitator (2012-current) of governance board strategic planning sessions for a range of organisations across North Queensland, including Qld Government Senior Officers Network, Mackay Cutters, Mackay Hospital Foundation, Sarina State High School and Townsville Community Legal Centre.

Performance coaching services for Qld Health, Regional Council Directors and Program Managers, Dental Practices, The Neighbourhood Hub, Mackay and a range of individuals.

Community consultation meetings facilitation for North Qld Bulk Ports, to identify and address issues within surrounding communities, Qld (Feb 2013-Mar 2017).

Project Management of the Suicide Prevention Community Action Plan (Jan 2017-May 2022), which involves supporting a representative group (businesses, Qld Health, community services, etc) across the Whitsunday, Isaac and Mackay region.
