The power of being surrounded by women who’ve been where you are and know what it feels like is simply amazing. They just ‘get it’.

The Celebrate Me Tribe is a closed group of women like you, who get what you’re going through. Here’s how it works:

  • Gatherings will be held twice a month.

  • One of these gatherings will be face to face, in the Mackay region.

  • The other session will be virtual, so you can join from home, on your phone or with a glass of wine.

  • Every session will be a safe, relaxed and judgement-free space.

  • Deb will lead a discussion, chosen through feedback from tribe members, or based on a previous discussion in the group.

  • You are welcome to attend every session, or as many as you choose. There is no obligation and you can easily jump in to the group discussions if you have missed previous gatherings.

  • Deb will ensure everyone has time to share, ask questions, work through their thoughts and enjoy the time together. The number of women in each tribe will be capped to allow for this.

  • Reflections, questions, learnings, actions and achievements coming out of each discussion will be shared in a closed CMe Tribe Facebook group.

I just feel like it’s never enough – I can’t do enough or be enough or get enough done every day. I want some quiet and stillness, away from the endless hassles and frustrations, to just be me, guilt-free.

What others say

"My ‘take away’ from this wonderful presentation was that we are not alone, we need to connect with others and be kind to yourself for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Unless we do this, we simply cannot give our best ‘US’ to anyone else."

Pam Smith, Carer’s Workshop Participant

"Thank you so much for the support you have provided over the last 12 months.  I have looked forward to our catch ups and appreciated a place to 'park stuff'.  You have always maintained such a professional way of working as well as being approachable and real.  Thanks again."

Lisa Schwer, Workplace Coaching

I had the pleasure of attending the ‘It’s All About Me’ mini-retreat and came away feeling lighter, feeling heard and feeling at peace. Thank you to Deb Rae and Shea Ward for a beautifully presented morning, the content was relatable, and I felt so comfortable straight away.

Helen Costello, Mini-Retreat Participant

“It’s a shame that I’ve left it so long to do anything like this. It was such a unique opportunity to press pause and slow down.”

Michelle Brazil, Retreat Participant

“I got some really cool tools around setting boundaries with the things that are going on for me within my life .”

Tara Johnson-Hall, Retreat Participant

"It's a little boot camp for the mind and soul, fostering great initiatives for living a fantastic life."

Janette Cowley, Goalstarter Participant
