  • These courses will soon be available as pre-recorded activities of around 10 minutes each. You can tune in on your phone, in bed with a cup of tea, at soccer practice or whenever you get a few minutes.

  • The courses are sequenced to support you through a self-discovery and growth process (you choose your own topics).

  • Each course is also valuable as a stand alone event.
