What will we do?

It'll be challenging, insightful and fun, with lots of laughing, stories and aha moments. We’ll do interactive activities that make it clear about what's most important to you, how you use your energy and what you want to change. You work on your own things, then there's time to talk together and learn from other women's experiences as well (you share as much or little as you want). You’ll leave feeling amazing.

We’ll talk about:

  • What’s really important to you? How do you get this in your everyday life?

  • How can you best use your time and energy?

  • What beliefs do you have that help or hinder you? How can you change these?

This retreat is just the beginning, followed by a 3 month program where you’ll learn how to put into practice everything you learned throughout the weekend, and then some.
