You’re constantly on the move, getting things done for everyone else, but it looks like you hardly did anything. You barely get time to even go to the loo some days, and you’ve run out of energy by school pick-up. No-one seems to notice how tired you are though, or how much there still is to do. Then you get up and do it all again tomorrow…

You’re not alone, and you can wake up and do things differently. You can feel like your old self again – or if you want – reinvent yourself into the woman you want to become and know has been there all along.  

It’s amazing what you can make happen when you have the right tools, space and support, with time to reflect and recharge. You can have all this at the Mini-retreats and Weekend Retreats.

 
 

What will we do?

It'll be challenging, insightful and fun, with lots of laughing, stories and aha moments. We’ll do interactive activities that make it clear about what's most important to you, how you use your energy and what you want to change. You work on your own things, then there's time to talk together and learn from other women's experiences as well (you share as much or little as you want). You’ll leave feeling amazing.

We’ll talk about:

  • What’s really important to you? How do you get this in your everyday life?

  • How can you best use your time and energy?

  • What beliefs do you have that help or hinder you? How can you change these?
